Royalty

Violet for royalty, having the status of a princess or queen. Blue for the heavenly skies, giving you that feeling of soaring in freedom and serenity. Gold for treasure, it’s precious and valuable. These are not lucky colors. I don’t believe in luck. I believe in God.

With this painting, I want you to remember that, as a Christian, you are God’s child, so beautiful & precious in His eyes. Since He is King, you’re a princess, worthy of respect and love. In His Presence, you have peace and freedom, you are meant to soar. Like gold rock, may be messy when found, but when molded & unveiled, your real value is so high.

You are not cheap. You are valuable. You were bought with great price, by the blood of Christ.

Royalty. That’s your identity.

In many times of my life, I often battled with the thought of not being enough or of being too much as a woman. Not enough beauty, grace & talent. Too much femininity, emotional & intense. Not enough to be pursued. Too much to handle. Not enough worth. But too much to maintain. As a modern woman, I could fight my way to either buy (work too hard at much cost) or sell (settle or compromise for less) my value. I could “roar” with confidence, career & achievements. I could wear expensive clothes & pay for upgrades. They may help mask me fabulously; but they don’t heal the heart.

Pink: Loved. Feminine. Father’s Loving Care. Red: Blood. Blood of Jesus. Redemption.

You were specifically created to be beautiful. You were creatively & purposefully designed. Yet in this world, brokenness & sin have twisted who you are and who you are meant to become.

With this painting, I want you to know that our Heavenly Father loves & cares for you. He cares for all your thoughts & concerns. He sees every tear. He’s there every fighting & quitting moment. He loves to listen & speak. He loves it when you smile & laugh so hard. He loves it when you trust & believe. He loves to unveil His plans & your dreams. He wants you to be redeemed.

You are loved. Your femininity is meant to be celebrated. You’re a princess that He intentionally rescued. You were bought with great price, by the blood of Christ.

Beauty is rare; but at the same time, it is everywhere.

Beauty is valuable; but at the same time, priceless.

Beauty is a treasure; sometimes lost but can be found.

Beauty may be made; but sometimes just has to be unveiled.
