“Yadah”

It’s a Hebrew verb that means "to throw, extend or lift hands in thanksgiving and praise". It's a gesture that we’d usually or unconsciously do whenever we’re amazed, excited or happy; and we want to fully express the feeling in that moment (just like when you marvel at a magnificent view, or when you wow at a winning experience, or when you are in awe in worship, you’re compelled to lift your hands because you couldn’t contain the feeling). “Eventually it also came to denote songs of praise - to lift up the voice in thanksgiving, to tell forth and confess His greatness.” (Source: https://findwords.info/term/yadah)

That's what my art (and hopefully, soon, music) is about. An expression. A reminder. To capture what I value and feel. To share faith, hope and love. To point me (and others) to God. Worship.

I sell original paintings inspired by what I feel, see and hope for. I accept commission works - I enjoy painting what my clients value. I teach painting - I love to share, customize sessions and be present for others who’d like to learn. I do artist consultations - I am happy to share my journey, tips and best practices. I am open for collaborations & partnerships - I encourage art communities. I believe that artists can thrive. I believe art is a gift. And I believe art has a purpose - because while art is not a basic necessity in life, we all need & long to be inspired.
